Tips on healthy living

Who would not want to live healthy?To avoid pain, we must implement a healthy lifestyle
i'll give some tips for you :
-Drink 8 glasses of water per day
-sports do not forget! you can jogging or gymnastics just using music or playing basketball
-Do not forget to sleep.because sleep can make your body relax muscles
-Many laughed because it can relieve stress
     
   Those are some tips from me.Keep healthy guys
